EMGa were appointed to design 7 new build modern terraced houses in west London. Complying with code 4 for sustainability and the London Plan for new build dwellings, each house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms garden space and large reception.

It was important to fit into the local architectural language with form and aesthetic, but with contemporary detailing, materials and colour selection bring an enhancement to the local area. Adopting the principles of secure by design, the scheme is open to the street and opens up to an existing local path to tie the development into its surroundings.

Completion is due in early 2017.
