EMGa were appointed to extensively redesign and reconfigure a terraced house of Sloane Square in Central London, finished to a high end contemporary design. The property is in a conservation area, planning was achieved for a modern rear glazed extension, conversion of cellars to accommodation and internal alterations. Following an extension refurbishment, the house has 2 receptions, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

EMGa were involved at all stages of the project, from concept, planning, party wall awards through to site supervision and contract administration. The final result is striking and elegant modern interior to a beautiful period house.
