EMGa were appointed to refurbish and extend a Mews house in Knightsbridge. Planning was granted to link into an adjoining flat and to form a two level basement under the garden. Located in the in the Royal London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, internally the property has been designed in a modern contemporary style respecting the properties listed status, with 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 receptions and staff quarters.

As a listed property the planning process was challenging but full planning was achieved for the project, our involvement included party wall awards, site supervision through to completion.
