EMGa were appointed to extensively redesign and reconfigure a large terraced house in Islington North London, to a high end contemporary finish. The property is in a conservation area, planning was achieved for a modern rear extension and for a Pavilion loft room to the roof. Following an extension refurbishment, the house has 3 receptions, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and cellar utility room.

EMGa were involved at all stages of the project, from concept, planning, party wall awards through to site supervision and contract administration. The final result is striking and elegant a successful blend of modern and period detailing.
